Once again, We have come across another blog created about one of our past Valencienne brides! This blog, written by Woodsy Weddings, really grasps the feel of the entire theme of the wedding. Its nice to see a unique outdoor ceremony followed by many rustic details and organic touches added through out their special day. Check out all of the stunning photography and be inspired by every special detail added to yet another fabulous wedding!
Carolyn and Brian’s eco chic wedding in lovely Muskoka Lakes is proof you can pull together a beautiful wedding in a short amount of time. After buying a house together, the couple was so excited to tie the knot that they planned their three-day destination wedding in just three months! Both Carolyn and Brian work in the field of ecology, and knew they wanted to incorporate eco-friendly décor, a lakeside ceremony and fun outdoor activities for guests (how cool is their pre-wedding yoga session?). The woodsy Sherwood Inn in Port Carling, Ontario fit the bill perfectly. Brian and Carolyn also included plenty of sweet, personal details, from the monogram tree design they created together to the reclaimed barnwood podium (which would later become the headboard of the couple’s bed) handcrafted by Brian. Thanks to GreenAutumn Photography for the gorgeous images – and congrats to Carolyn and Brian!
Tymber, the couple’s beloved dog, “stood up” on Brian’s side of the wedding party!
