Bridal Market is a BIG deal in the wedding fashion world. It’s the spot to see and be seen for designers like yours truly. With 2016 Bridal Market being last weekend, I spent time hitting up my favourite spots and getting inspired by both our new collection (just wait for it) and others!

There were some major trends hitting the runway that you need to be in the know about!

TREND #1: PANTS

One of my favourite non-traditional trends is (I can’t believe it myself) pants! From feminine details to masculine cuts, these gorgeous pant suit ideas are perfect for non-traditional brides, elopements, or just something with major wow-factor. Channel your inner Solange Knowles and go for it!

TREND #2: OVER SKIRTS

The trend of the detachable skirt is one we’re LOVING and have already included in our new collection. It adds a tough of glamour, drama and the ultimate gown change from ceremony to reception. Wow your guests with a gorgeous ballroom skirt that converts to a micro mini full of feathers for the dance floor!

TREND #3: CINDERELLA GOWNS

Fairytale endings NEVER go out of style but cinderella inspired gowns are all the rage. The bigger, the better for this over-the-top is never over-the-top trend. Embellishments of lace, ruffles, appliqued florals and crystals add major glam factor that’s ALL princess.
